Breeze makes every attempt to provide our customers with a courteous, efficient and professional installation experience. During your scheduled installation, one of our friendly and knowledgeable Service Representatives will meet you at the location designated for service to verify the service offering you selected. Because a fixed wireless signal requires a clear path between equipment located on our towers and equipment located at the subscriber’s location, this step is necessary to ensure there are not trees, building or other obstacles that would prevent our signal from reaching your location.
The installation process will take approximately 1-2 hours during which our Service Rep will install all the Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) necessary to provide your internet connection.
- A Small dish with radio mounted on your roof or other high structure
- Internet modem installed inside your home
- All necessary cabling
When the installation is complete, your Service Rep will test the equipment and internet signal to verify everything is working properly. At the conclusion of this test you will be asked to sign the Breeze User Agreement and Installation Acknowledgement forms.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If we are unable to achieve the signal quality you want or are unable to successfully complete your installation, you will not incur any costs.
